Since 2021, YesOuiBot has been assisting residents of Le Havre. Deployed on the town hall’s website, the chatbot allows residents to easily obtain the list of documents required for their administrative formalities: civil status, identity documents, reduced fares on public transport, etc.
The service already has over 100,000 users, with a 93% satisfaction rate.
Many users were arriving at city counters with incomplete files, which generated dissatisfaction and stress for the agents. A pilot phase in 2021 revealed that a chatbot was the right solution to this problem.
